“Shayla’s cheerfulness, encouragement, and optimism are contagious and help create and maintain a positive classroom environment. TCSOS and the County Board of Education host event to honor outstanding educators in Tuolumne County
The Annual Report provides information about TCSOS and county school districts, highlighting the achievements of students and programs.
“Mia is a wonderful student, and we are very proud of her hard work this month! She is a fantastic and supportive friend to her classmates, empathizing with them when they are struggling and often trying to help teach others how to play chess,” said teacher Paul Nelson. “Mia is doing a great job with her academics and behavior, working hard and using the skills and strategies we are teaching in the classroom!”

Due to the efforts of the TCSOS WASC team, the TCSOS WASC has been approved for six years with a mid-cycle visit.
A film-based mental health support program endorsed by educators, psychiatrists, and mental health advocates.
“Hunter has made tremendous growth over the past month and has become an important part of the TLC Middle School class community!” exclaims teacher Taylor Swaty. “He is doing great on his schoolwork and engages well with his peers here. He loves sharing facts about his favorite anime and incorporating anime into art projects whenever he can. He is also ready and willing to share tips on shooting the basketball well and is quickly becoming a pro-typist in our TLC Typing Club! He is growing every day, and I am so proud of him!”
