TCSOS is pleased to be hosting a presentation by Dr. Joel Rabin from Inform2Inspire about analyzing and using data to understand student performance and improve student outcomes.

This workshop will be held at TCSOS on Wednesday, May 3, from 3-5 pm in Room 217.  This is intended for Superintendents, Site Administrators, Data Managers, and Teacher Leaders.

The main topics to be covered will be:

• Understanding CA School Dashboard scores, what they mean, how close our performance was to receiving higher ratings on the Dashboard, and how our scores compare to others
• Understanding what data analysis means, how to analyze our data effectively, and scheduling data analysis to improve our outcomes

How do you ensure your email will be read? This program identifies the do’s and don’ts of email and offers suggestions for writing emails in a way that captures the attention of the recipient and gives them all the pertinent information. The presentation includes information about subject lines, format, content, emotions, grammar and punctuation, signatures, and the use of CCs and BCCs.

This one-hour seminar is designed to gain a practical understanding of the different types of personalities and teach you how personality types can impact our behavior. Participants will identify their own personality type to learn how to use type preference as an energy management tool that enhances their skills in interpersonal communication.
