The presentation will cover notice requirements, open meetings, closed sessions, and public access to information. Attendees will gain a profound understanding of the Brown Act's impact on school board governance.

This workshop aims to provide board members with comprehensive information on how district/school special education, county-operated programs, regionalized services, and the SELPA work together to offer special education services to students. The allocation plan will also be discussed during the workshop, which will be held virtually. Ample time will be provided for Q&A to address any queries related to the topic.
